Indigent Care Foundation of Ebonyi State was founded by Prof. Bernadette Adaeze Nwuzor and registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission as an incorporated trustee on 15 December 2009.
Mission
To care for the aged, persons living with physical disabilities, orphans, and widows through dignified assistance, transparent stewardship, and institutional continuity across generations.

A sustainable African humanitarian institution, rooted in Nigeria and relevant to all of humanity.
